Alocasia 'Pink Dragon' - 17cm pot / 55cm+
The pink is holding the leaves up. That is the lovely thing about Alocasia 'Pink Dragon': your eye follows the dark, veined foliage down and discovers those beautifully coloured leaf stalks underneath. Petioles, if we are being botanical. Pink support beams, if we are being honest.
This 17cm-pot plant brings a much fuller, taller shape than the baby Alocasias. Give it a bright position where you can see the whole plant, not just the top leaf. Fresh growth is the reward for keeping the roots warm and breathing. Check the compost, watch the plant, and forget any care label pretending every house has the same watering schedule.
One live plant in a 17cm nursery pot. Minimum height 55cm, including the pot. Listed heights are minimums; your plant will usually be taller. Leaf count, colour and markings vary naturally. Decorative pot not included.
Pet friendly: No — best kept away from pets that chew plants.
