Epipremnum pinnatum ‘N’Joy’ is a compact, highly variegated pothos that brings a bright splash of colour to any collection. Its leaves are smaller and more rounded than other pothos varieties, but what makes it stand out is the bold patterning — crisp white and cream marbling that contrasts beautifully against rich green. Each leaf is unique, giving this plant the feel of a living mosaic.
Originally discovered in India and introduced as part of the Marble Queen family line, ‘N’Joy’ has become one of the most popular pothos cultivars for its striking looks and easy care. It’s slower growing than the classic golden pothos due to its heavy variegation, but given the right light and care it will reward you with a dense, bushy growth habit and trailing vines that brighten up any corner.
Like other pothos, it’s tolerant and forgiving, thriving in medium to bright indirect light and only needing water when the soil has dried out a little. It’s perfect for shelves, hanging baskets, or trained up a moss pole for more dramatic growth.
If you want a hardy, reliable plant that still delivers show-stopping variegation, Epipremnum pinnatum ‘N’Joy’ is the one to go for — low effort, high reward, and always eye-catching.

The following aroid mix I would like to share with you is working well for my Epipremnum:
- Potting Soil (30%)
- Orchid Bark (30%)
- Perlite (30%)
- Charcoal (5%)
- Worm Castings (5%)
Water thoroughly when watering to mimic tropical jungle conditions. It is best practice to keep the soil humid but never soggy.
