Alocasia 'Dragon Scale Mint Variegata' - 6cm pot / 15cm
£19.99Price
Alocasia 'Dragon Scale Mint Variegata' is a baby dragon with a very convincing disguise as a houseplant.
The attraction is that combination of textured foliage and minty variegation. Green flecks and pale areas interrupt the leaf surface, so there is more to notice each time you look. This is the 6cm-pot baby size, ideal if you enjoy watching a plant build its next leaf rather than buying the finished jungle.
I would give it bright, indirect light, warmth and an airy mix that stays lightly moist without becoming a swamp. Small pots can dry quickly, so check the roots' actual conditions instead of following a calendar. New leaves and markings will differ, and a particular level of variegation is never guaranteed.
