Anthurium ‘Super Silver Blush’
Anthurium ‘Super Silver Blush’ is a striking tropical collector plant known for its shimmering silver veins across deep green velvet foliage.
The species behind this hybrid originate from cloud forests of Central and South America where humidity is extremely high and temperatures remain warm year round.
The silver colouring comes from reflective cells within the leaf surface that scatter light. In nature, this adaptation helps maximise photosynthesis in low-light jungle environments.
This Anthurium is prized among collectors because each leaf develops stronger contrast as the plant matures.
Care tips:
Bright indirect light with high humidity.
Use an airy mix with orchid bark and perlite.
Avoid heavy soil which suffocates the roots.

- leca (15%)
- Orchid Bark (20%)
- Perlite (25%)
- Horticultural grit (20%)
- Worm Castings (15%)
- Compost (5%)
Water thoroughly when watering to mimic tropical jungle conditions. It is best practice to keep the soil humid but never soggy.
